Crocheting

 Hey evaluators Shea here. Today's topic will be on crocheting! Some people might say that crocheting is for grandmas, but I don't think that's true. I love crocheting because you can literally make anything yourself one stich at a time. Plus, you can use more than one material. For example, people have been using plastic bags and tee shirts to crochet with.  

                                                 Cons

There are some cons to crocheting like it's very time consuming. You could spend hours working on a 10in sheet. It also makes my hands cramp after two hours of crocheting. And don't forget redo's. To put it in perspective crocheting is like a printer you go one row at a time so if you mess up on one row and keep going then you have to go back to fix it which means removing any layer that is over the messed up one which can be very irritating.                                            

                                           Why I love it

The main reason I love crocheting is because of the endless possibilities. I make clothes, accessories, plushies, and I want to start making shoes too. The look of crochet items is very unique. And just the thought of something you have started out as some string is amazing.            
   Prices

Crocheting doesn't have to be expensive I get most of my yarn and hooks from the dollar store. I also buy yarn from Love craft. They always have some sale going on and they always have the yarn I need as well as fast shipping.

                                             My Advice

Crocheting is not for everyone. It's very time consuming and you have to have a lot of patience to do it. So, if you are considering crocheting, I recommend starting with a pattern like I did. If you are a visual leaner go on YouTube and search up whatever you want to make. If you're looking to make plushies StudioCrafti is a very helpful youtuber that takes it, one step at a time. You can also just search up a pattern there's a lot of free patterns online.
